works perfect on sup boardIt is great for leak proof, however, it lacks in keeping items cold. The black outside absorbs heat when in direct sunlight on my paddle board, leading to the ice packs melting faster and food items warming. I have to place a wet towel on top to keep items cold longer.Fit perfectly on my paddle board. Kept everything cool and dry.Overall the product was as expected, but the zipper got stuck and wouldn't open. We were out in the heat on the water and I couldn't get into the dang cooler to get a drink!I had really high hopes for this SUP cooler but the ice melts in just a few minutes.Loved being able to take my things out on the board with me and know that they are secure. If you are using the sheets of ice you’ll be fine but using regular ice the bag did leak after my 2 hour session.This is a great cooler for my iSUP. It is low profile and has plenty of loops and clips to secure it to the bungies on my deck. It is waterproof - no leaks in or out. The zippers are heavy duty plastic so will prevent corrosion due to water/salt water exposure. I loaded it up with 12 slim cans and two 8"x11" flat ice packs - kept cold all day. There is an internal mesh pocket on the top and external zipper mesh pocket - great for little snacks or whatever. I just wish there was a color - lighter color - option. The black looks nice on my hubby's board but does not match mine at all. Plus - it will fade and get discolored by the salt water in no time. Not really a big deal since it is functionally very durable - just a aesthetics thing. I like my stuff to look nice, shallow but there it is.We’ll I got this on a whim thinking I’d buy a paddle board but I don’t have one. So instead I have this cooler for my imaginary paddle board. From what I can tell it’s a pretty good size to carry snacks and drinks but can’t say much about it’s water resistance or ability to stay out in a board. Will have to test it out next summer on a friend’s board and update this review.
